Email support.lucidandcompany@gmail.com. If you use a TestFlight build, you can also send feedback through TestFlight. Include your phone model, iOS or Android version, Poser version/build, and the steps that caused the problem. Screenshots are optional; avoid including private photos unless they are needed to explain the issue.
Start a shoot
Choose an available look from the library and tap Start coaching, or import your own reference photo and confirm its pose. Allow camera access, place your phone securely, and keep the body parts shown in the reference visible. Use good lighting. Hold a match for automatic capture or tap the shutter yourself.
Camera or saving is unavailable
Check Poser’s camera permission in your device’s Settings. On iOS, allow Poser to add to Photos when saving. Android 13 or later does not need photo-library read access to save; Android 12 or earlier may request storage permission. Imports use the system photo picker. You can change the camera and turn session recording on or off in Poser’s controls/settings. Reels are silent. When saving or sharing a result, wait for the selected output to finish preparing. If Save fails, check available storage and try Share to choose another destination.
Delete local data
Remove individual references from My Imports. To remove all local app storage, use Delete App in iPhone Settings; offloading the app retains its data. On Android, use Settings → Apps → Poser → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall without keeping app data. Menu names vary by phone. Saved media, shared copies, and backups are managed separately; restoring a backup may restore older data. Poser has no account to delete and cannot recover your local files.
Purchases
Poser currently has no purchases or subscriptions. Only currently available free packs are shown.
