The short version
Poser helps you pose for photos and create photos and videos on your device. Use it safely, respect other people’s privacy and image rights, and keep copies of results you want to retain. Coaching and automatic capture can make mistakes.

Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of Poser. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. These terms do not replace rights that applicable consumer law gives you.
App store terms
Poser is licensed, not sold. Your use of the iOS app is subject to the applicable Apple distribution terms. For App Store versions, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless another applicable license is supplied. These terms add Poser-specific rules for conduct, content, and support; they do not replace Apple’s applicable agreement.

For the Android app, the applicable Google Play terms and distribution licence apply. These terms supplement the relevant store agreement with Poser-specific rules and do not replace your mandatory consumer rights.

If you use a test version through TestFlight, Apple’s TestFlight terms also apply. Test builds can expire, contain errors, or lose data. Keep separate copies of important photos and videos and use test builds only as permitted by those terms.

Eligibility
Poser is not directed at children under 13. You must meet the minimum age requirements of the service through which you access the app. If you are below the age at which you can agree to these terms independently where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree with you. TestFlight’s minimum age still applies.
Using Poser safely and respectfully
You may use Poser for lawful photography and creative activities, subject to the applicable distribution license. Place your phone securely, choose a safe location, and only attempt poses that are comfortable for you. Stop if a movement causes pain or discomfort. Poser provides photography guidance, not medical, rehabilitation, or exercise advice.
You must not:
- Record or share someone’s image without the permissions required by law.
- Use the app to harass, exploit, threaten, or otherwise harm people.
- Import or distribute material that infringes someone’s copyright, privacy, or other rights.
- Interfere with the app, introduce malicious code, bypass access restrictions, or abuse its services.
- Copy, sell, or reverse engineer the app except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable license.
Your content and responsibility
You keep the rights you already hold in your photos, videos, and imported references. Using Poser does not transfer ownership of them to us. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to use and share them, including consent from people shown and permission to use reference images where required.
Poser processes your content on your device. We receive content only when you deliberately send it to us, such as in a support request. Keep your own copies of important results; uninstalling the app, device loss, or storage problems may remove local files. Saved Photos, shared copies, and backups are managed separately.
Intellectual property
The app’s original code, design, branding, and other protected materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses. We do not claim ownership of public-domain artworks or your own content.
An image being available as a reference does not grant every possible right to use it commercially or suggest endorsement by the artist or a person pictured. Respect any stated credit or use restrictions and the rights that apply to your intended use. You may save and share outputs using the app’s features subject to those rights and these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, permissions, sharing, diagnostics, testing information, and deletion. You can read it in Settings → Privacy Policy. It applies alongside these terms.
Payments and future paid features
Poser currently offers no purchases or subscriptions. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable payment terms will be shown before you buy. Payment processing and refunds will follow the applicable store or payment-provider rules and consumer law. These terms do not authorize future charges.
Feedback and support
If you send suggestions, you allow us to use the ideas to improve Poser without an obligation to pay you. This does not give us ownership of your photos or permission to publish private support material. Personal information in support and testing feedback is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes, suspension, and discontinuation
Features and availability may change, and we may stop providing the app or support, subject to applicable law. There is currently no Poser account to suspend. A material breach of these terms may end your permission to use the app, subject to the applicable license and law.
You can stop using Poser at any time. Delete the app without retaining its data, or use Android’s Clear storage control, to remove local app storage. Offloading or archiving an app may keep its data. Deleting the app does not remove copies you saved, shared, or backed up elsewhere.
Disclaimers
We do not guarantee that every pose will be detected correctly, that coaching will suit every person, or that capture and export will always succeed. Check your results before relying on them.
Poser is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer rights and any guarantees that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid And Company Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from your use of or inability to use Poser.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of these provisions may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucid And Company Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these terms or applicable law, or infringement of another person’s rights. This provision is subject to the consumer rights below.
Compliance with laws
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you use Poser. You may not use it where doing so is prohibited. Report bugs, misuse, or rights concerns to support.lucidandcompany@gmail.com.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that apply to you and cannot be excluded by contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. This section does not change the terms of any separate agreement you have with Apple or Google.
Updates
We may revise these terms as the app changes. We will update the document date and provide any notice or request for agreement required by law. The published terms will identify when changes take effect.
